To respect your privacy, all orders are dispatched under plain cover with no external indication of the contents of the package.
Orders will normally be shipped within 24hrs of payment being received. If you have a particularly urgent requirement for shipping, please advise me and I will do my best to accommodate this.. The daily collection is at 3 pm each week day, if you place your order after 2.00 pm then your order may be sent out the following working day.
Our system will keep you updated by e-mail as to the status of your order. You can also check the status of your order by accessing the My Account section of this online store. An order once placed will normally begin in the Pending state. Once payment has been received and has cleared, the order will move to the Processing state. When the order has been packed ready for dispatch it will be shown as Complete Awaiting Dispatch. Finally, the order status will become Dispatched once the order has been handed over to the relevant carrier.
Returns: If you need to return a product you should use our automated returns request system to request a Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) in advance of returning it. You can do this by signing into your account and selecting the "View my Order History" link in the "My Account" box. Next, find the order to which the return relates and when you view it you will find a link through which to request an RMA. Your request will then be reviewed, and once authorised, you should send your item back to us with the RMA clearly shown on the outside of the package. Note that all non-faulty returns will be subject to a 12.5% restocking fee and must be in perfect condition with tags still attached and in the original packaging. Returns for non-faulty products will only be accepted where an RMA has been issued in advance, and not later than 7 days from the day after it was delivered to you. If your wig has been worn then for hygiene reasons it will not be accepted unless it is clearly faulty and in that instance your wig will be replaced as soon as possible if it is in stock, if not then an alternative will be offered or a refund offered.
Normally we require items to be paid for in full before dispatch. In the unusual case that I send an item out before payment has been received, the goods remain our property until paid for in full.
The above condition do not affect your statutory rights.
