Samples of a collection of new designs that have been prepared by Contrast Wigs are now on their way to our studio in Bristol.

The first articles for some 50 new styles should be with us soon and we hope to share some of the behind the scenes activity that results from this here on this blog. Get to see sneak previews of the styles that make it through the ruthless quality control process….

Having had such a great time at the Erotica show last year, we’ve recently confirmed our exhibitor booking for this year’s show.

It takes place at Olympia in mid November (see organisers site for more details - www.erotica-uk.com. This year we will have a bigger and better stand on the ground floor and will have all the most popular wig styles with us, along with a large selection of hairpeices. Hopefully we will also have some new styles on show…. watch this space for further details.

Hi, and welcome to this Wigblog. What’s a wigblog, I hear you ask - well that’s a good question, I guess we’ll have to wait and see how this newly invented feature (yes, it did take all of ten seconds to come up with the name…) works out.

Seriously though, we do hope that this wigblog will serve a useful purpose and become a resource that people will be able to refer to. In essence, we will aim to use it to bring together some of the things we’ve been meaning to publish for some time in an accessible and less formal way.

The sorts of things you can expect to see here are:

• basic wig information for people new to wigs
• buying guides - i.e. where to buy wigs and pitfalls to avoid
• how to choose a wig - how to find the style/colour that suits you without the drama
• product news
• and maybe some special offers just for our wigblog readers
