Contrast Wigs come in 2 main sizes. Unless
otherwise stated as being Large Cap or Petite they are all an average size of
between a 21.5" and 22.5" head circumference.
The Styles in the Large Cap Section are
between a 23" and a 25" Head circumference.
Monofilament and 100% Hand Made
The finest handwork using monofilament and hand
tying. This luxury product provides 100% comfort for the wearer, has a
comfortable grip and always looks freshly styled.
Full Monofilament Top
Hair is knotted in to a very fine monofilament
material by hand or machine. Most natural look from above as hair looks
like it is coming from the scalp.The hair on monofilament top wig is
generally freestyle and can be brushed in different directions and the
style is easier to change.
100% Hand Made
The hair is weaved to a fine tulle. The cap is
comfortable to wear and feels light as a feather.
Monofilament Parting and 3/4 Wide Monofilament
Hair is knotted into a very fine monofilament by
hand or machine. Wigs with a Mono-part have only a small section of the
top of the wig integrated with the monofilament material, this gives it
a more natural look across the parting area.
A 3/4 wide mono is triangle shaped monofilament
with the widest part at the front covering most of the hairline as in
the front of a full monofilament top but tapers towards the back and is
more versatile than a mono-part wig.
Monofilament Crown
Hair is knotted into the monofilament at the crown
area.
Standard Cap
A standard wefted cap without monofilament. Not as
realistic from above as a monofilament but when used on curly and
shorter wigs more body can be achieved to the style.
